=> I am a practitioner and researcher in the field of Metaphysics and Magical Arts as well as being an inventor and illusionist!

The best method to do self-hypnosis is perhaps the one that will be explained here now, but you have to do this one in silence and when you are alone! Therefore, go to a place where nobody will disturb you, and then lay down and relax! Put your hands besides of your body on the ground, and try not to think of anything! In a completely relax state, try to take a few deep breath. Breathe deeply in a way that you should try to first breathe into your noise deeply as much as you can fill in your lungs, and then hold on to your breath as much as you can, and at the end breathe  out to your mouth as slow as you can(  Inhale – Hold On – Exhale )!

 

Relax your muscles in your whole body, and with complete faith and belief, say this in your mind slowly: “With counting each number, my body will get more and more heavy and numb, and I am going into the deep state of ‘trance’ now!”

Then try slowly to countdown from 100 to 1 in a way that you do not get out of the focus state mind! Count very slowly and harmonically! Try to synchronize your countdown speed with your breath! While doing your countdown, try to visualize that your body is getting more and more loose and numb… when the countdown is over, believe and visualize that your body is much heavier (and sometimes it feels much lighter… )! Then repeat this in your mind 7 times: “With each count my conscious mind will fall into sleep, and I will become hypnotized slowly!”

Then try to countdown from 100 to 1 again, and after it was finished you would feel peace and relaxation in your body! If that happened, you are in the first phase/cycle of the hypnosis, and you should try to hypnotize and persuade your mind that your hypnosis state is getting stronger and deeper on each and every moment, and you will feel more heavy and numb on every moment!

In order to get to the second phase/cycle of the hypnosis, say this in your mind slowly for 7 times: ” With each countdown my body will get more and more heavy and rigid, and my self-hypnosis is getting stronger and deeper !” Then with the visualization that your body is getting hard like a rock, countdown from 100 to 1, and after it was finished you will feel your body is rigid and dry like a rock! It can happen that only some parts of your body gets hard like a rock, and that is not a problem, and it depends on how much you could get hypnotized. Keep yourself in this situation for a few minutes in a way that you feel your body is getting even more hard and rigid. Then repeat this in your mind for 7 times: “My eyelids are getting heavier and my eyes will be closed!”, and then imagine and repeat this for 7 times: “With each countdown my eyelids are getting heavier and I will not be able to open my eyes at the end!”. Then countdown from 7 to 1, and attempt to open your eyes, and you will not be able to that! Notice that as this might be your first time, try not to put so much force in your practice and in opening your eyes. Try to be gentle with yourself, especially in the first times. In the next times in the future, when you get use to self-hypnosis and you could earn the required skills in it, no matter how much you put effort in opening your eyes, you cannot open them! If you could not open your eyes, that means you are in the second phase/cycle of hypnosis, and you can go to the third phase now! But if you could open your eyes, do not worry about anything, you should just stop your hypnosis at that moment and try it again in another time later. If in any part of the hypnosis process it did not work for you as you have visualized it and expected it, it is because of the lack of your belief or your suggestibility in that hypnotic state, but you will eventually overcome this problem over time and practice!

To enter to the third phase/cycle of your self-hypnosis, you have to imagine that each part of your right or left arm is connected to huge balloons, and then repeat this in your mind for 7 times: ” With each countdown my right or left arm is getting lighter, and balloons are pulling my arm upwards as if my arm is levitating !”. Then countdown from 7 to 1, and while doing that visualize your arm is getting lighter and lighter and is coming up automatically, but you may even help it a little at the first times. In the next times when practice in the future, you arm will subconsciously come up and levitate, without your conscious choice and help! Although, again it depends on how suggestible you are basically!

 

If your arm could levitate and come up, then repeat this for 7 times: “My arm is frozen and rigid, and it will not fall down !”. Then imagine that your arm is hard like a rock, and you cannot move it at all. Then attempt to move your arm slowly, but do not put lots of force to it, because the complete hypnosis state of mind for Catalepsy  is done by Hypnosis Master Minds. It is quite enough if your arm did not move by just a little effort, and then you can do the next step. Repeat this in your mind for bringing your arm down: “With each countdown my right or left arm is getting heavier, and will come down slowly !” . Then countdown from 7 to 1, and while doing that imagine that you arm is getting heavier and will come down! After your arm came down to its initial position, you have hypnotize yourself even more strongly! Visualize your body that is getting hard like a rock, and you are not able to move your body! And then repeat this in your mind for 7 times: “I cannot move my body !”. Then attempt to move your body. If you could not move it, that is a good sign that you are in a deep state of successful hypnosis! Now you can will anything, wish anything, ask anything from your subconscious mind, and you can re-program yourself subconsciously in that state! Now you can easily and successfully hypnotize yourself!

For example:

  • I will wake up in the mornings at 7 Am from tomorrow!
  • I will be able to read people’s thoughts!
  • I will not get angry, and I will not lie to anyone anymore!
  • I will know about the future from tomorrow!

Nevertheless, for reading people’s thoughts, which is a difficult thing to do, you have to hypnotize yourself a lot, and this is just like a shortcut to get you there, yet you will need to do a lot of mind reading and telepathy exercises!

For going deeper into your self-hypnosis states, you can use these methods for example:

  • Imagine that you are falling into the rabbit-hole (or like a deep hole!)
  • Imagine that you are walking down from the spiral stairs of a tower
  • Imagine that you are falling from space

The purpose of these exercises are programming your mind and memory for your falling/drowning state of mind to induce your hypnosis, so you may use similar falling and drowning visualizations and memories as well!

 

After learning self-hypnosis and earning hypnosis skills successfully, you may skip the long steps above. To do that, you should choose a word or sign in your mind to just trigger yourself! Then you can easily hypnotize yourself only by repeating that word or sign or symbol in your mind! So practice self-hypnosis with that word or image in your mind, and then you will be able to hypnotize yourself by repeating that word later on! You should also know that if you are using this method for hypnotizing your mind, you may use deeper inductions for your hypnosis state as well!

To wake up from your hypnosis, you must suggest and hypnotize yourself in a way that with each countdown your body will slowly come back to the normal state and you will wake up from that state! Then countdown from 100 to 1, and while doing that imagine that your body will lose its rigidity and hardness, and you will come back to the normal state slowly!

After finishing the self-hypnosis process and countdowns, deeply breathe for three times and try to move your body slowly. To be successful in self-hypnosis you must be patient. Perhaps no one can be successful in it at the first time. Success in self-hypnosis depends a lot on your belief and your suggestibility! 

The important point in self-hypnosis is not to move at all until you reach Catalepsy state! The smallest movements can take you out of that hypnotic ‘trance’ state! Reaching a stable state in hypnosis may take a month of regular practice, so do not be in a rush in this exercise at all! Also notice that without a master mind mentor, reaching high levels of Catalepsy may not be possible for everyone that easy! Performing a self-hypnosis is better to be done with guides of a master mind hypnotist. Although you can become successful even without having any mentor or master, you have to put lots of effort in it!

You can access the key of your mind by learning self-hypnosis! You will be able to program yourself the way you want, and get rid of anxiety and sadness, and help yourself to achieve success and happiness! You can unleash the supernatural abilities in yourself, and soon you will realize that self-hypnosis can help you a lot in your different mental practices! All the people who do incredible things and go to the ‘trance’ , they are consciously or subconsciously hypnotizing themselves!

Here is the best method to do self-hypnosis, but basically there are 4 types of hypnosis:

1. Suggestive (Persuasion and Influence state):

This is the type of hypnosis that the person feels heavier inside! The person hears the voice outside and feels to be awake! In this state, the person is very  suggestible to any command, and might be influenced by any persuasion expert easily!

 

2. Catalepsy (Muscular Rigidity):

This is the type that the person feels more heavy inside and if stays still in that situation for a long time, he/she will feel tension and dryness inside the body. The person can be hypnotized so much that the body of the person stays still and stiff as a rock, in which if the body literally lies in the middle of two chairs, in a way that if the neck of the person is on one chair and the his/her legs are on another chair, the person can stay stiff without falling down, literally! In this state, the muscles of the person will get heavy and rigid!

 

3. Somnambulism (Drowning state):

This is the type where conscious mind of the person is off, meaning that it is totally on subconscious level! If you literally pin a needle into the person’s body, he/she  may not feel any pain! This is where the hidden powers of mind can be unleashed, and you can program yourself the way you really want! In this state the person is about to drown and fall into to sleep, and may even feel like day-dreaming!

 

4. Lethargy (Fake Death):

This is the type where the body of the person gets completely heavy as if the person is dead! To be more precise, the body will go to paralysis state in which you may feel like you are unable to move your body as if your body is dead, but do not worry, it is natural and you should stay calm and relax, and come back to the normal state slowly! In the extreme case of this type, even the color of the face of that person will also change like a dead person, and he/she can do projection which will take his/her energy body to the environment around as if the soul and spirit is separated. This is actually and more precisely called astral projection where the astral body of the person, which is connected with a silver cord to the third-eye of the person that can leave the body and go to astral planes and access almost any time-space in the universe! The astral body can float around the room, or any environment the person aims for, such as going through walls and meeting people and places. Basically there is no time or space limitation in that state. After you have returned to your body from astral projection, you can probably remember everything you have done in your projection, depending on how consciously you have projected yourself, and your memory skills for remembering your conscious dreams! Not everyone can remember their experience, and may even feel like they were just dreaming and it was not for the real!

It is really important to learn how to focus on every matter in any situation!

There are differences between focus and concentration! Concentration means the ability and act to gather all your attention and awareness on a matter or issue alone!  When you concentrate you will put all your awareness and consciousness on a single subject! And when you concentrate you think of nothing but that object or subject! The reason to concentrate is to be put all your energy and maximum potential all at once on one single point to get it to work and manifest what you desire! When you aim to concentrate, you should think of nothing but your goal to hopefully manifest that, and you must think and will it to happen! Concentration works based on thinking and willing on a single point in your mind to  consciously put all your energy on it, and as the famous Law of Attraction, you will hopefully achieve what you have put your mind into, if you truly believe!

However, focus is something different, and that is not what we have been taught since we were in school unfortunately! We have been always taught to concentrate on something, whether it was for study or exercise or any other matter, but that is not what you should have learned first! The first thing we have to learn is to basically  how to do not think! The ability of non-thinking and emptying your mind is called focus! Focus is to put your mind at a relax state and try to be calm, and do not think about anything! When you want to or you have to empty your mind for a matter or in some situations like in some type of meditations or hypnosis techniques, all you have to do is to let go of any thought, and just empty your mind from thoughts! This ability that you try to let the thoughts pass you by, and do not resist on any thought or matter, is actually the focus state of mind! For many reasons, and in many situations, all you have to do sometimes is to trust the things you have done before, and know and feel the emotions that you really desire, and then just then let go and let your super-consciousness and higher-self connect to where it should, and just let it happen by your beliefs! So when you focus, just do not think of anything or any subject, and just feel the emotions you really desire, and subconsciously that would happen by another part of your brain and another layer of your mind! Focus is on subconscious state of your mind, while concentration is on your conscious state of your mind!

It is strongly recommended to have focus in your life and in what you do and practice! When you try to do something that is even involved in conscious thinking, like studying or eating a food, you have to still have focus after a conscious concentration! If you want to eat a food, first just consciously think about what want to do and eat, but then let go and empty your mind, and just do not think about anything anymore! Do not over-think stuff and do not perform any unnecessary thinking on different tasks, and specially on other irrelevant tasks while you are doing something particular! So when you eat, just eat and do not think about anything else! There is nothing much to think about, and should not also think about other stuff, because that will both decrease your focus and concentration ability! When you study, just study and do not think about anything else! Just think on what you have to do, and then even let go of that thought, and just feel it with your emotions… you do not need to think about that anymore!

 

When you try to study, just read and write what you have to, and then let go of the thought that you are playing with and trying to learn and memorize it, and just visualize it then… just imagine it and visualize it, and even try to feel it with some animations in your mind… but know that it should not be a thought anymore… or if there is any thought there, try to solve it first, and once that thought is solved in your mind, it is no longer a thought, and should be only felt and visualized in your mind! That is the best method to concentrate and then focus in your studies and even in many other tasks!  You should not be hearing your inner voice in your head over and over again, repeating your thoughts over and over again in your mind, and saying it louder and louder again, that would be all wrong and would just decrease your focus! As a matter of fact, you should not be hearing your inner voice and thoughts in your mind when you are at a good focus state!

 

If you learn how to really focus and concentrate in your life on different tasks and in different situations and circumstances, you will be amazed what great potentials you could unleash from your body, mind and spirit! When you focus on a matter or issue, you just empty your mind of all the difficulties and trouble regarding that matter, and just feel the emotions you have got in your mind and soul, and just put that burning desire and passion to work, which is much greater and powerful than your conscious powers that you are aware of!
