You can access the key of your mind by learning self-hypnosis! You will be able to program yourself the way you want, and get rid of anxiety and sadness, and help yourself to achieve success and happiness! You can unleash the supernatural abilities in yourself, and soon you will realize that self-hypnosis can help you a lot in your different mental practices! All the people who do incredible things and go to the ‘trance’ , they are consciously or subconsciously hypnotizing themselves!

Here is the best method to do self-hypnosis, but basically there are 4 types of hypnosis:

1. Suggestive (Persuasion and Influence state):

This is the type of hypnosis that the person feels heavier inside! The person hears the voice outside and feels to be awake! In this state, the person is very  suggestible to any command, and might be influenced by any persuasion expert easily!

 

2. Catalepsy (Muscular Rigidity):

This is the type that the person feels more heavy inside and if stays still in that situation for a long time, he/she will feel tension and dryness inside the body. The person can be hypnotized so much that the body of the person stays still and stiff as a rock, in which if the body literally lies in the middle of two chairs, in a way that if the neck of the person is on one chair and the his/her legs are on another chair, the person can stay stiff without falling down, literally! In this state, the muscles of the person will get heavy and rigid!

 

3. Somnambulism (Drowning state):

This is the type where conscious mind of the person is off, meaning that it is totally on subconscious level! If you literally pin a needle into the person’s body, he/she  may not feel any pain! This is where the hidden powers of mind can be unleashed, and you can program yourself the way you really want! In this state the person is about to drown and fall into to sleep, and may even feel like day-dreaming!

 

4. Lethargy (Fake Death):

This is the type where the body of the person gets completely heavy as if the person is dead! To be more precise, the body will go to paralysis state in which you may feel like you are unable to move your body as if your body is dead, but do not worry, it is natural and you should stay calm and relax, and come back to the normal state slowly! In the extreme case of this type, even the color of the face of that person will also change like a dead person, and he/she can do projection which will take his/her energy body to the environment around as if the soul and spirit is separated. This is actually and more precisely called astral projection where the astral body of the person, which is connected with a silver cord to the third-eye of the person that can leave the body and go to astral planes and access almost any time-space in the universe! The astral body can float around the room, or any environment the person aims for, such as going through walls and meeting people and places. Basically there is no time or space limitation in that state. After you have returned to your body from astral projection, you can probably remember everything you have done in your projection, depending on how consciously you have projected yourself, and your memory skills for remembering your conscious dreams! Not everyone can remember their experience, and may even feel like they were just dreaming and it was not for the real!

It is really important to learn how to focus on every matter in any situation!

There are differences between focus and concentration! Concentration means the ability and act to gather all your attention and awareness on a matter or issue alone!  When you concentrate you will put all your awareness and consciousness on a single subject! And when you concentrate you think of nothing but that object or subject! The reason to concentrate is to be put all your energy and maximum potential all at once on one single point to get it to work and manifest what you desire! When you aim to concentrate, you should think of nothing but your goal to hopefully manifest that, and you must think and will it to happen! Concentration works based on thinking and willing on a single point in your mind to  consciously put all your energy on it, and as the famous Law of Attraction, you will hopefully achieve what you have put your mind into, if you truly believe!

However, focus is something different, and that is not what we have been taught since we were in school unfortunately! We have been always taught to concentrate on something, whether it was for study or exercise or any other matter, but that is not what you should have learned first! The first thing we have to learn is to basically  how to do not think! The ability of non-thinking and emptying your mind is called focus! Focus is to put your mind at a relax state and try to be calm, and do not think about anything! When you want to or you have to empty your mind for a matter or in some situations like in some type of meditations or hypnosis techniques, all you have to do is to let go of any thought, and just empty your mind from thoughts! This ability that you try to let the thoughts pass you by, and do not resist on any thought or matter, is actually the focus state of mind! For many reasons, and in many situations, all you have to do sometimes is to trust the things you have done before, and know and feel the emotions that you really desire, and then just then let go and let your super-consciousness and higher-self connect to where it should, and just let it happen by your beliefs! So when you focus, just do not think of anything or any subject, and just feel the emotions you really desire, and subconsciously that would happen by another part of your brain and another layer of your mind! Focus is on subconscious state of your mind, while concentration is on your conscious state of your mind!

It is strongly recommended to have focus in your life and in what you do and practice! When you try to do something that is even involved in conscious thinking, like studying or eating a food, you have to still have focus after a conscious concentration! If you want to eat a food, first just consciously think about what want to do and eat, but then let go and empty your mind, and just do not think about anything anymore! Do not over-think stuff and do not perform any unnecessary thinking on different tasks, and specially on other irrelevant tasks while you are doing something particular! So when you eat, just eat and do not think about anything else! There is nothing much to think about, and should not also think about other stuff, because that will both decrease your focus and concentration ability! When you study, just study and do not think about anything else! Just think on what you have to do, and then even let go of that thought, and just feel it with your emotions… you do not need to think about that anymore!

 

When you try to study, just read and write what you have to, and then let go of the thought that you are playing with and trying to learn and memorize it, and just visualize it then… just imagine it and visualize it, and even try to feel it with some animations in your mind… but know that it should not be a thought anymore… or if there is any thought there, try to solve it first, and once that thought is solved in your mind, it is no longer a thought, and should be only felt and visualized in your mind! That is the best method to concentrate and then focus in your studies and even in many other tasks!  You should not be hearing your inner voice in your head over and over again, repeating your thoughts over and over again in your mind, and saying it louder and louder again, that would be all wrong and would just decrease your focus! As a matter of fact, you should not be hearing your inner voice and thoughts in your mind when you are at a good focus state!

 

If you learn how to really focus and concentrate in your life on different tasks and in different situations and circumstances, you will be amazed what great potentials you could unleash from your body, mind and spirit! When you focus on a matter or issue, you just empty your mind of all the difficulties and trouble regarding that matter, and just feel the emotions you have got in your mind and soul, and just put that burning desire and passion to work, which is much greater and powerful than your conscious powers that you are aware of!

The first recommendation is to change the life style that you already have. For instance, change the habits made by the society for you as a fashion or mood! You may have realized that most teenagers are listening to same kind of music, and they wear the same types of cloths, and they have got the same kind of looks and styles!

At any time, when something goes viral in the fashion, almost everyone would go after it to use it and get into that mood and fashion! So try to be different, and do not behave like you are programmed by them, and try to get rid of those habits! Speak differently, act differently, and live differently! You may even try to watch some good movies that are made for a special target audience.

Just like when the Windows of a computer gets slow and works not as fast as before, you would need some repairs then. Those actions and behaviors can repair your mind! For instance, you should not listen to music with vocals! Do not do sports as a group, exercises such as Football or Volleyball …, instead try to do individual workouts like Yoga and Eastern Martial Arts! Do not forget to exercise! In addition to your daily meditations and self-hypnosis practices, make sure to do exercise!

Many of the thing we do or say might be useless for our mind and soul, and would just lose our energy! We may spend so much of our energies on self-interests and being selfish, and we may keep think about how do we look, and what others may think about us, and put so much effort on our make up! Meanwhile, if we could focus this energy to within ourselves, and put this energy to work inside our Self, we would achieve significant metaphysical powers!

You should change your life style first! For all of you, there is a repetitive path that you are forced into. Study and go to work, or even without study get a job, get married and make a family to be able to raise your children and then they go to work to make a family and make their children grow so that they also go to work and make families… , and so on and so forth!

See! It is not hard to predict your life anymore! Does not need any prediction skills! 😀

The same circular path that billions of people do… but there are few people who go after their interest and talent, and become successful as well! In fact, they have not listened to others and did not behave exactly as the ordinary system of this world!

The system we live in is perhaps making us a slave! They say whoever you are should live and be ordinary, which is the biggest anti-metaphysical message to you and is one of your biggest obstacles in front of you!

Therefore, the goal of a magician is to break the boundaries in your mind! The magician breaks all the goals and objectives that others have planned for him/her, and does not allow another a human to determine destiny for a human!

As long as you live in the society, all sorts of negativities will enter your mind like a virus! The reason for the loneliness of the monks, and basically living outside the society – alone in a corner, is this issue! And if you do want to make progress in having metaphysical powers, you should try to get away from the society as much as possible! However, in the 21st century, the situations and circumstances are in a way that do not allow you to get so far from the society. So I have some recommendations for you to be able to not get influenced by the society that much while you live in it, and ‘The Matrix Guys’ cannot make you one of them, and you will be able to even influence them hopefully!

In the past, and before humans try to change their world technologically, there was quite less rectangular objects. You may imagine that it was a coincidence, if so, you are thinking too naive. But I believe there should have been a secret plan and goal from years ago to minimize the metaphysical powers of humans! For instance, when the TV was invented, the CRT Lamp of it was circular, and display was therefore in a circle shape on the TV monitor. Thus the display of televisions should be in a circle shape, and the TV itself should become like a half sphere! However, with so much effort, they have made it all rectangular so that it fits into a square shape, and therefore they became like a cube. If you take a look around, you will notice that there are lots of rectangles in your environment. The carpet under your feet in your home, the ceil above your head, the door of the room, oven, refrigerator, computer, cell phone… they would all make negative impacts in you!

We are made of energy, and we have energies. Some of it is generated by your body slowly, and the rest is absorbed/lost by/to the environment unconsciously! You may lose  your energy because you are not aware of it. You have to be conscious of your energy to be able to control it!

Now that you have decided to discover your hidden skills, you have taken the first step already! For improving in learning metaphysics, you should have a special life style. For instance, someone who wants to have a fit body, should avoid eating too much food. You too should change your life style if you really want to have improvements in studying metaphysics.

It is recommended to learn Feng Shui first, and with the help of that make your environment full of positive and creative energy! The reason is that our body is like a radio (or a transceiver antenna) that receives electromagnetic waves in different frequencies, and so is it 24/7 (24 hours daily and 7 days weekly) continuously in touch with all sorts of waves and energies! Therefore, your environment is very important, and you should also know that improving in the field and science of metaphysics is quite difficult in urban environments!

Know this big secret that humanity, consciously or unconsciously, has been through a path that almost no human can improve in the science of metaphysics that much significantly! For instance, the best geometrical shape that can be full of positive and creative energy is circle and shapes with smooth curves, and vice versa. The objects with rectangular and square shapes and curves may produce negative and destructive energies, which will cause bad feelings such as getting bored or having lower temper, getting tired or even illness! The interesting thing is here that most of the things are built in rectangular forms and shapes in our environment.  From buildings and doors and windows, up to cell phones and televisions and computers; things that are our everyday needs and tools. The ancient Chinese believed that if someone sits in a corner of a room for a few days, will get the worst diseases!
